BAUER Solar GmbH has been a pioneer in the solar industry since 1985 and is a family-run business, now in its second generation. BAUER was instrumental in the development of thermal solar in Germany and began manufacturing photovoltaic modules in 2003. BAUER modules have been sold in 56 countries globally, totalling >4,000 MW installed and were introduced to the Canadian market in 2021.
For over 40 years, BAUER has focused on German engineering, proven quality standards, and long-term module reliability and performance. While much of the industry has raced to reduce costs and flood the market, BAUER has remained focused on building high quality solar assets designed to perform for decades.
